Well, well, well at 4

This sweet girl had her 4-year well check up today. She got three shots, although she wanted four! She told the nurse, "I'm four, so I get four shots." After the first shot, she didn't want anymore. (hehehehe) She was SO brave! No tears! The doctor said she's tall and skinny. Here's her stats:

33 pounds (25-50%)
40 in tall (75%)

Her outfit came from Japan, sent to her from Great Aunt Barbara. Such a pretty princess :)

Celebrating FOUR years

To start, I cannot believe I am even writing this post! Our sweet little girl is now FOUR! She is so excited to tell everyone she sees, "I'm four now."

We had special visitors this past weekend for such a grand event, Mamaw and Papaw! (Mamaw and Papaw is what many southern kids call their Grandparents) We actually had no home improvement projects for them, just plenty of FUN activities. I'll let the pictures do the talking :)

bringing in all the bags from the car, Jacob is helping :)

Mommy and Kaitlyn with her cake. I LOVE making fun cakes for my kids!

time for presents

Jacob got one too

every time he ripped a piece off the present, he had to put it in the trash. hehehehe

showing her gifts to everyone, this was sent from G/G Van

A NEW bike! First thing she said, "this big is too big for me"

Jacob has his new present on, from Great Aunt Barbara

It's not too big. She peddled around the kitchen and living room like a pro!

Time to sing, "Happy Birthday"

make a wish!

We took Mamaw and Papaw to the science museum.

This was so cool! Magnetic siding. There was a table to measure the pieces and then you matched it with the correct rectangle.

Papaw built a dog house. Don't worry, he wasn't in trouble. :)

Jacob helping to build the house. Looking up to see how much farther to go.
Papaw and I built a wall for Jacob to plow down:
