Children's Museum

On our way home from the cabin, we were going to be passing a Children's Museum that I have been wanting to check out since I heard about it 2 years ago! TOTALLY worth the wait. It's about an hour from our house, but it was 3 hours from the cabin. A perfect place to stop and "stretch" our legs.

Beaver's Bend

Where can you go that's 4 hours away and still in Oklahoma?? A beautiful part of the state called Beaver's Bend. Debi's brother recently got this cabin and offered it to us to stay there before it was booked over fall break. WE HAD A BLAST!!! I think we may do this again :)

such an incredibly structure!

like grandpa, like grandson
Jacob was very interested in the motorcycle behind him, that he walked right up to it. The owner of the bike was also a Grandpa, and said to Jacob, "You want to sit on it?" He was so scared! But now all he wants to see is the picture of him on the motorcycle.

After a nap, everyone danced on their "Happy Feet"

We had dinner at David's (Debi's brother) country club (it was here that I was waiting to hear "she said yes"
pipe cleaners are fun!

We had SUCH a wonderful time at the cabin. Our dogs LOVED it too!! BIG Thank you to David for saving it for us! (more photos to come)
