A trip down memory lane

Mike and I met in college (11 years ago this fall!) at Central Michigan University. His parents are retiring this year, and are moving away from our alma mater. We don't know the next time we will be back to this place.... so we took a little walk down memory lane, one last time.

The sign coming into the town

The Towers, where I lived on campus

2nd floor of Pearce Hall, where Mike spent A LOT of his time

home of the Math department

peaking in to the Graduate student's office

looks the same, technology has changed a little bit ;)

I wonder how often his has been used?? This isn't Oklahoma... lol

Moore Hall, where we met

in this classroom

looks the same :)

only took 10.5 years to take this picture.

this looks different

the library

so inviting :)

The university Center

The offices are gone and now there's a Starbucks and more study space!

We spent a lot of time at the library

the U.C.

a "new" gazebo
It's such a pretty campus.

Lil' Chef, the 24 hour diner that we visited often

ICTC comes here now? My apartment complex

C42, the trees are much bigger

I thought there would be more build by now.... the plans were to build A LOT here
Then, Mt. Pleasant is also where Mike grew up. So we passed by some of his memorable places...

if you enlarge this picture... you can see there's a dent in the right side of the building... Mike had to leave his mark ;)

MPHS Track, he said, "It was black back then"

The only part of the school he recognizes from when he was a student there many year ago
