Two weeks after we got home from North Carolina, the kids and I flew to California to see Mamaw and Papaw. Mamaw did a GREAT job planning activities to keep the kids busy! They had SO MUCH FUN, they didn't want to come home :) Here's pictures from our trip:
We drove to Alameda to see Mamaw's Aunt and Uncle, Diane and Stan. It was quite windy, but the kids wanted to get their feet wet.... so I rolled up their pants.

The kids had a lot of fun playing in the water. FIVE minutes before we were about ready to leave, I see BOTH kids swimming in their clothes and jackets!

On Sunday, we took a little drive to a sandwich/coffee shop. What made this place so special? My old Disney buddy is the owner!

We were 20 minutes from a big children's museum. So we incorporated it into our drive. The kids had a lot of fun.
