Grandma and Grandpa Landis meet Jacob

We've had a busy week! My Dad and stepmom, Debi, flew in from California to meet Jacob, and of course to see Kaitlyn too. We had a great visit with them- too bad they didn't bring their cooler weather. We had over 100 degree heat the whole time they were here. They went from 50 degrees to 100! Thank goodness for air conditioning, and our neighborhood pool.

While they were here, we got some new things for Jacob and Kaitlyn, thanks to Grandma and Grandpa. Kaitlyn has really enjoyed her new puzzles, and likes helping Mommy put dirty diapers in the new diaper pail. Mommy is loving the Moby wrap, and the "My Breast Friend" nursing pillow (it clips to your body while you nurse). The dogs enjoy the pillow too, as you can tell from my last post.

The dogs also really loved Grandma. Debi actually is allergic to dogs, but she found it interesting that our dogs didn't bother her allergies at all. That's a good thing because Chauncey and Bailey wouldn't leave her alone. They always wanted to be in her lap.

While they were here, we went to the zoo. Kaitlyn LOVES going to the zoo, and she got to see quite a few animals. It got too hot, so we had to cut the zoo trip short.

Jacob had fun too!
