Madam, I am deeply embarrassed and greatly distressed, but due to the unforeseen circumstances over which I have no control, the inner working and hidden mechanisms of my chronometer, with which time is generally reckoned, are in such accord, that I cannot with too great a degree of accuracy state the correct time. But without fear of being too far off I would say it is 56 minutes, 42 ticks past the 4th hour
